Question 1

Who is Payaam for?

Accepted Answer

Payaam is for Hyderabadi families, in Hyderabad or abroad, looking for a rishta for a son or daughter. A parent or guardian runs the account, and the family decides together, with adab and without swipe-app chaos. Think less public bazaar, more trusted baithak.

Question 2

How does Payaam protect privacy?

Accepted Answer

There is no open directory to scroll and no biodata forwarded from group to group. Payaam introduces profiles a few at a time, each photo stays veiled until the stage your family chooses, and contact details appear only when both sides say haan.

Question 3

How does curation work?

Accepted Answer

Once your profile is approved, Payaam matches on what families ask about over chai: values, background, location, timeline and expectations, and how complete each profile is. You get a few introductions at a time, and more arrive as you respond.

Question 4

How is Payaam family-operated?

Accepted Answer

The account belongs to the parent or guardian handling the search, whether that is ammi, abba, an elder sibling or a trusted relative. They sign in with their own phone number, and every introduction, notification and message is addressed to the family, the way Hyderabadi homes discuss a proposal.

Question 5

What does Premium unlock?

Accepted Answer

Premium lets your family act: send and accept interest, save profiles, ask for contact exchange and track each rishta's stage. Reading introductions and full biodatas is free, and once both families have said yes the chat is open to everyone. Premium is for getting a rishta from "hmm" to "let's talk properly."
